Aww! Watch Clydesdales and puppy reunite in Budweiser's Super Bowl ad
Wed Jan 28, 2015
Loved it. Agree with Ms. London - the "villain" could have been the dog catcher ... but then it wouldn't have worked for the Clydesdales to arrive and scare the wolf away. Really great commercial. Love this "commercial series".
Father asks police to supervise daughter's spanking
Fri Jan 2, 2015
In reply to:Doug-384925 #4.1 No, no he or she does NOT have a problem with "parenting". Those of us who grew up in the era (me, included), where spanking a child was the norm when said child did something wrong; this was, and is (IMO), good parenting. Stop being a "helicopter parent" (no, …

It's official: 'The Exorcist' is the scariest movie of all time
Fri Oct 17, 2014
I am not able to watch The Exorcist. That movie is, by far, the scariest movie. I think because of it being based on truth. Granted, The Shining was filmed at a real haunted mansion; but I live in the town where the supposed "real" Exorcist took place. It just creeps me out.
Hey parents, stop romanticizing your 1970s summer
Tue Jul 1, 2014
As a child, in the 70's, we did let our parents know what we were doing and where we were going but we were not supervised all that much. All the kids in neighborhood knew when curfew was (most of us had the same curfew: 830 pm or when the sun set). Summertime was spent at the cabin and curfew - wha …
